Matthew Burton is a professor and facilitator of the game design program at Webster University. Through Gateway Game Jams, Matt uses his passion for game design and technology to serve others and to provide gateways to exciting upcoming career opportunities for youth.

MITCHELL COOPER

-Community Outreach
Mitchell Cooper has a decade of service as a police officer and collaborates with Gateway Game Jams to empower underprivileged youth through tech education and fosters first responder and student bonds. Being a former intern at Gateway, he advises over all interns offering guidance and collaboration and ensuring successful events.

Jeffrey Lyes works tirelessly to provide an environment of creativity and collaboration here at Gateway Game Jams. Jeffery’s work goes far beyond our organization, as he is very active in his community and has used his voice to bring awareness to the lack of opportunities for underserved youth.

BRANDON MCCRARY

Police Sergeant Brandon McCrary works as a Recruiter and Facilitator along with the St. Louis County Police in their Police Athletic League to create mentoring opportunities for underserved youth. Through our organization, young people are able to gain the technical skills and resources needed to pursue a career in the tech industry.
